Principals Biographies

R. RANDAL SEAL, PRESIDENT & CEO

The Capitol Financial Group’s co-founder, President and CEO, Robert Randal Seal is responsible for the firm’s overall operation and administration. Additionally, he works directly with every client and their advisors from the initial stages of the planning process to the ongoing maintenance of the client’s implemented plans.
Under Mr. Seal’s direction, CFG has a national client roster, which includes successful entrepreneurs and some of the largest privately held companies in the country. For over a decade Mr. Seal has been delivering sound, innovative and comprehensive consultation in the areas of Executive Compensation, Business Transition, and Wealth Transfer and Protection initiatives, with the constant goal of accumulating, passing and protecting his clients capital, year after year, generation after generation.

  • E. WINSTON WOOZLEY, VICE PRESIDENT

    Mr. Woozley has thirty two (32) years working with local closely-held corporations and high net worth individuals and families. A co-founder of the firm, Mr. Woozley heads both CFG’s client and plan administration services and client plan design department. Additionally, because of Mr. Woozley’s top academic background and experience in actuarial and insurance related matters, he is also responsible for the firm’s due care and insurance underwriting activities.

    Mr. Woozley’s areas of expertise are wealth transfer, business continuity and foundation and charitable planning. Spanning over many years, Mr. Woozley has been a frequent speaker on topics ranging from "Preventing the IRS from Becoming a Major Stockholder in Your Company" to "The Zero Estate Tax Plan." He currently serves more than two hundred twenty (220) clients.
