Our Wide-Ranging Services Include

Executive Benefit Plans
We design supplemental pension and 401 (k) Wrap Plans, deferred compensation and other retirement and incentive compensation programs for both the highly compensated executives and shareholders of the company.

We suggest ways to protect benefit promises to participants, including Rabbi trusts, call downs, financial triggers and other covenants.

Financial Analysis
We evaluate the company’s existing qualified plans, identify the highly compensated and shareholder lost savings opportunities and we work closely with other key advisers to design informally funded and unfounded plans. Additionally, we analyze the impact of benefit liabilities on business valuation models, and explore balance sheet issues and the earnings impact of alternative plan designs.

Tailored Funding
We review various funding vehicles and coordinate plan design to help deliver benefits while maintaining sufficient cash flow and a healthy balance sheet.

Plan Administration
Is provided and organizes all significant plan data. Participants statements, coordination with qualified pension plans sophisticated salary benefit formulas, cash flow/Profit and Loss Analysis are just several of the many services that are provided.
