Financial Security Analysis: Assist to identify all risks as well as quantify, both potential costs and exposures and the financial impact these risks may have on the company. A complete cost and protection analysis is performed on any existing coverage the company may have, making certain the existing protection package is at the appropriate coverage levels and is cost effective. Additionally, individuals having a significant impact to the company are identified through contributions of earnings and multiple of profits studies.

Modeling and Protection Analysis: Identifies the appropriate protection for the company as well as the key personnel. Special life and long-term disability insurance coverage’s are evaluated through a funding matrix study and specifically designed to protect the company and simultaneously balance the living and wealth accumulation needs of the shareholder and key personnel.

Corporate Obligations: Complex and detailed ESOP repurchase obligations are performed to help identify present and future cash requirements due to ESOP participants retirement or death. Protection initiatives are measured against self-funding vs. partial funding. State- of -the- art proprietary software is used to allow for forward thinking regarding retiring current and future debt obligations of the company and the present and future value of these obligations.
